I brought my father to this clinic to try on a hearing aid for the first time. Miss Valerie was very patient in helping him do a hearing test and explaining to us the depth of his hearing health, giving us her professional opinion on the best methods to salvage his hearing, as well as doing the right fitting. The whole process was very comfortable for my father, who had resisted the idea of wearing a hearing aid for years. Eventually, we decided to do a one-week trial to see if my father could get used to wearing a hearing aid. Unfortunately, we decided the price was out of our budget so we returned the trial set after the one week trial. Miss Valerie and the front desk personnel, Miss Jaslyn, processed the return for me smoothly without a compromise in their service attitude. This is reflective of their good work ethos, because it is always easy to appear genuine when one is trying to sell something to a potential customer— but the fact that they remained professional and Miss Valerie continued to give me advice on choosing a right product despite the sale falling through, is indicative of how good their after-sales service would be for their paying customers.

Mandy provides exceptional service. She is always prompt in reminding me about my appointments. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, thoroughly answering every question and doubt. Her genuine care and outstanding customer service make working with her a seamless experience.

Shandi Fong is the best audiologist. She is very very helpful. The best! Highly recommended.

She allowed me to trial Oticon hearing aids and followed up carefully on any issues I faced. Mandy was always willing to adjust the settings to suit my needs and answered all my questions kindly without any pressure to buy. Her responsiveness and genuine care made the process reassuring. For anyone considering hearing aids, especially for the first time, Mandy’s expertise and compassion make a real difference.

Kudos to the team for the excellent service (didn’t get their names unfortunately). Walked in to purchase replacement domes. The audiologist took the extra mile to clean the hearing aid, replace the domes/filters for free, shared cleaning tips and even gave an extra cleaning tool/case!

Hearing Partners always provides good care and helps me with any hearing aid issues and stuff like that. Crystal is really nice and makes me feel comfortable with small talk during appointments. Booking appointments is also really easy via whatsapp or phonecall.

Service extended by Jocelyn was excellent she made the trouble to stayed back to complete her task. The Consultant Valerie was very professional and helpful she patiently explained the products to my hubby in detailed. We wish to extend my appreciation to both of them for their excellent service extended to us.

All the times, Cheryl Melia has rendered me services that I have no ground to complain, only to complement with utmost satisfaction.
